Celebrate Independence Day at 701 Restaurant before heading over to the National Mall for festivities. Guests will be able to enjoy a delicious pig roast along with Executive Chef Benjamin Lambert’s house-made barbecue staples such as lobster rolls, hot dogs, loaded potato salad and more.
