History Revamped

After a few very long months of indescribable anticipation ... we are finally so excited to share our latest project with NOVA magazine! We were truly honored and humbled to be featured in the spring fashion spread "History Revamped" in next month's April 2011 issue. This truly was an unforgettable experience... and so much fun! A special "thank you" to all the wonderful local boutiques for the amazing pieces we were able to incorporate into our looks.

This issue is also extra special because we were able to style and photograph all of the pieces as well as select the location of the shoot. These photos were taken at the exact place where we started our adventures a little over a year ago, in Old Town, Alexandria. We have been residents of NOVA for over 15 years now, so this issue is very meaningful to us - it combines our love for fashion, photography, and our hometown all in one.

In addition to the photos that were selected for the feature, we will also share some of our favorites as well as some behind the scenes photos throughout the week ... so definitely come back and check them out!

60 degrees of separation

Tea sandwiches from Kafe Leopold usually go well with ... well you know... Tea! But after the type of week we had, it was more fun to pair them up with their amazing "millionaire mojito" :)

60 degrees of separation (from winter) is the best way to describe today's sunny afternoon! We hit up one of our favorite lunch spots for an afternoon date while we planned all of our upcoming spring events. Also, stay tuned for a really cool project that we can not wait to share with all of you in a few weeks. We are so thankful to our amazing readers for your support - we are inspired by you each and every day!
